NEW ARTWORK THURSDAY!

Loads of new artwork here for you to enjoy! Some did leak during last week but as you know by now I save them all for one major post on a Thursday! I first saw the Common album cover and the Yung Joc album cover at my great friend over at Vip's Design, and later found their respective single covers! I love the graphics used in Common's artwork! The artwork here for Simon Webbe is the iTunes cover and I am unclear where the 'Special Premium Edition' of 'Ms. Kelly' will be available at but what I do know is that she looks better close up! One of my fave artists at the moment is German R&B stunner Joy Denalane and here you can find her new cover for her debut UK single! Please share your opinions on ANY of the artwork with me! I appreciate it!

This is the debut UK single from German R&B artist Joy Denalane who with a little help from Lupe Fiasco makes a hot joint set to storm the charts! The physical single is out June 25 and the album 'Born & Raised' is out now! Please let me know what you think of this joint?

LUPE FIASCO IN HIS 'COOL' RETURN

Having had much success on his first album, "Lupe Fiasco's Food & Liquor," including three Grammy nominations, Lupe has been in the studio, hard at work recording his sophomore album "The Cool." Fiasco has revealed that he is shooting for an Oct. 31 release via label 1st & 15th/Atlantic. Lupe earlier revealed that he is trying to recruit members of the band Pink Floyd to make an appearance on the upcoming album, but Fiasco has said,

"Nothing has developed yet. But once the stew gets swirling and people start talking, you never know. I hope it does work out."

Fiasco has been busy at work, with performances at Lollapalooza in early August at Chicago and the Bumbershoot Festival in Seattle. Along with his live appearances, Lupe has also worked on Japanese artist Big O's track entitled "City Wings," a remix of Musiq's popular track "B.U.D.D.Y.," and he has appeared on a track by labelmate Kevin Michael, entitled "We All Want The Same Thing." I know this may not be new for many of you but the UK is just beginning to hear about this German soul sensation! I am so in love with this track, it's the debut single here in the UK and features Lupe Fiasco on vocals! She reminds me so much about Faith Evans! Do you think so too?
