This is the latest track after 'Can't Tell Me Nothing' and 'Stronger' to leak from Kanye West's upcoming 'Gradution' album due out September 10 (UK) and 11 (US)! This BRAND NEW track is called 'Homecoming' and features the vocals of Colplay's frontman Chris Martin! I really like the mid-tempo feel of the track and am expecting BIG things from this album and I cannot wait for the album version of 'Stronger' to leak as in a recent UK interview Kanye revealed he asked Timbaland to redo the drum beat of 'Stronger' for the album so I am definitely waiting to see what Timo has delivered! UK REP'S MUSIC NEWS - 21 AUGUST!

There is hardly anything happening in the world of music today! Hence no downloads! But, UK Rep always finds the news that you should hear! So here we go and enjoy the news! So please comment on your fave stories!

Kanye West has said that Justin Timberlake is his "biggest inspiraton and his biggest competition"! Kanye is quoted in the October issue of 'XXL' as saying "He's the only other person that gets an across-the-board response and respect level black radio, white radio. If Justin hadn't come out and killed the game, I can't say that my album, singles and videos would be on the same level that they're on. We push each other. I look at me and Justin like Prince and Michael Jackson in their day." Despite being number 1 in the UK at the moment he claims that he's "never cared about being No. 1." and prefers his music to connect with people rather than compete for record sales! Is Kanye getting a bit too big for his boots? Or is it just a slight dig at 50 Cent, saying that they are on the same level and getting to number 1 does not determine success! What's your opinion on Kanye? I'd love to hear it!

In an exclusive interview for BBC 1Xtra recently, R. Kelly revealed that he has made thirty... yes THIRTY chapters for his 'Trapped In The Closet' series! Is he going a bit over the top now with this story, at first there were only six, ten it reached twelve and he is now releasing Chapters 13-22 but it seems he is not content wth just 22 and has done more!!! I mean seriously, how much more can this story go on for? I am still eager to hear them all but I would also like the mp3's of the chapters to be released on a CD and not just on DVD! So Kels, if you're listening (lol) please release all thirty or so chapters on a CD! Are you looking forward to his next chapters?

Amy Winehouse has left rehab for a second time on Sunday (August 19)! This is not a good sign! I was really happy that she went back to rehab because I do fear for her health and do not want to lose her music and I want her to be healthy enough to record new material! Winehouse walked out of 'The Causeway Clinic' in Britain on on following a series of screaming matches with her husband Blake! I really urge Amy to go BACK into rehab and I don't wanna hear her say 'No! No! No!' (lol)! What do you think Amy should do? What do you think about the news that she has left rehab again?

Is Mary J. Blige pregnant? Well, acording to some reports the answer is yes!!! It seems that Mary who is 36 years old, and her husband/manager Kendu Isaacs are expecting their first child as early as early 2008! A close family member has revealed that they have been trying for a baby for nearly a year, having got married in December 2003, and have finally succeeded! Mary is already stepmother to Kendu's three kids from a previous relationship! I am really happy to hear this news and cannot wait to see te first pics of what I'm sure will be a great looking child! I was hoping that she wuld release an album later this year as planned but I think that her new album has to be pushed back for the sake of her unborn child! Congrats Mary! UK REP'S UK CHART UPDATES!

Yes that's right! It's BACK!!! Every Monday I will bring you the latest goings on with the OFFICIAL UK Charts, Albums and Singles! So here is the latest news fom the UK charts! Enjoy! And be sure to comment on what you find out please!

Kanye West has scored his very first UK #1 single with the track 'Stronger' which knocked Robyn's 'With Every Heartbeat' from the top spot!

Mario made a respectable peak position at #21 with his BRAND NEW single 'How Do I Breathe'! This is not very bad at all considering that the song has not been played that much here in the UK and he has done absolutely NO promotion to help the record! Let's just hope that by the time the album drops in October we see some promotion!


Eve has also made an intersting appearance in the UK Singles Chart at #35! Again this is good because she has done NO promotion and the video I have only seen once on UK TV! The single is physically out this week so hopefully it will creep up a few places on next weeks chart! Although I'm sure that this is not a postition Eve will be happy with after a 5 year break!

Their previous single 'Cupid's Chokehold' was one of the BIGGEST selling singles of the year so far and it seems that their follow up 'Clothes Off' will follow in its footsteps having entered the chart at #8 on downloads alone and a week ahead of physical release! It is a great track and makes me wonder whether Patrick Stump should permanently join Gym Class Heroes as every track he features on becomes a huge hit!

Having been released to iTunes this week 'Ayo Technology' has proved a major HIT here in the UK with it reaching #23 in the UK Singles chart on downloads alone two weeks ahead of physical release (27 August)! It is amazing what power iTunes can have on the singles chart! I really hope this becomes a huge hit for him as the production from JT and Timbo is amazing and should be recognised! lol!

OK, let me let you into a little secret, my fave artist at the moment is the FANTASTIC Kanye West! With the release of 'Graduation' getting nearer I have re-discovered his two previous masterpieces 'The College Dropout' and 'Late Registration' and am listening to them non-stop! Here we have Kanye on the cover of 'XXL' magazine looking every bit the superstar that he is! What do you make of the way Kanye looks on this cover? Kanye West is all over the UK at the moment having presented the hit late night TV show here in the UK called 'The FridayNight Project' yesterday and aloyesterday he appeared on Tim Westwood's radio show to EXCLUSIVLY play snippets of tracks from his new album 'Graduation' due to hit stores in the UK September 10! The first track you hear is called 'Brother' and is a dedication to Jay-Z and if you watch the video Kanye talks more about the song! And from what Kanye allows us to hear the track sounds PURE FIYAH! The next track that Kanye allows Westwood to play is called 'Champion' which he is already performing LIVE in the UK, so expect a HQ video from 'The Album Chart Show' to be posted on this very site later on today! And it goes without saying that 'Champion' is gonna be a sure hit for Kanye as it seems he will release the joint as his next single! Watch the video! Enjoy! And please let me know what you think!

UK REP'S NEWS - 02 JULY - CONCERT FOR DIANA SPECIAL!

Yeterday I was hooked to my TV screen watching what could possibly be the best concert to ever grace this country! The concert was set up by Prince's William and Harry, who wanted to celebrate what would have been Princess Diana's 46th birthday! The line-up was great, the stadium was AMAZING and contrary to weather reports, not one single drop of rain fell! A few technical problem did occur, but we like that as it shows how LIVE it actually is! I have uploaded my fave performances, which have to be P. Diddy, Nelly Furtado, Lily Allen, Joss Stone and Kanye West! Anastacia made a surprise ppearance yesterday singing Andrew Lloyd Webber's hit Superstar from the musical 'Jesus Christ Superstar'! It was also great to see Kanye perform 'Stronger' live although he didn't perform the entire track! The worst performances have to be Fergie and Pharrell! Fergie (I think!) mimed her way through Glamorous and picked hr self up with an acceptable performance of 'Big Girls Don't Cry'! Pharrel, was just a mess (in my opinion) when he first came on stage nd sung Snoop's classic hit 'Drop It Like It's Hot' I though "Oh no! What is he doing?" the song choice for him was dreadful and then he went on to sing 'The Way She Moves' which was OK, but does he really think that his solo material is no good to not have sung one single solo song? He looked good, and like Fergie, that's about it! I have uploaded for your viewing pleasure some video's (even Fergies performance!) from yesterday's concert! Kanye "Graduating" Early Summer?

It seems as though Kanye West will be "Graduating" earlier than we all thought. It has been confirmed from label Def Jam Records that Kanye's 3rd album will be released late August, a couple of weeks from it's former September release date. This is a great thing to hear for fans of West, for three tracks from his upcoming album, "Graduation" have already been released, and they have been nothing short of amazing. The first of the three was "Can't Tell Me Nothing," a track that was originally said to be the first single off the album, but was later cleared to be a track on a mix tape (Can't Tell Me Nothing Official Mix Tape) to generate the hype surrounding "Graduation." People had mixed feelings about the track, saying things like "It won't be a hit." But earlier speculations were soon changed with the leak of a second and more anticipated track entitled, "Stronger," which sampled off of French artist, Daft Punk's hit song, "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger." For those who were disappointed with "Can't Tell Me Nothing," the mood switched and people really enjoyed the song, the anticipation was building up! The final of the three tracks was just recently released (click on the label for the link) which is entitled, "Bittersweet." The song featured skilled guitarist John Mayer singing on the chorus. The duo killed it and really made "Graduation" something to anticipate. As we have seen Kanye is making quite a return. With three tracks released already and many other rumored tracks to be included on the album we can see that Kanye is coming with everything he's got.With a new sound, a sweet flow, and genius collaborations (John Mayer, Chris Martin from Cold Play, Daft Punk & MORE!) we can see that Kanye's "Graduation" will be a great one. I wouldn't it shouts out COMEBACK but it does the job and I'm sure will get heavy rotation on music channels not only in the US but also here in the UK!
