UK REP XCLUSIV: BEYONCE HAS HAD TO SHELF HER OWN ALBUM!
I couldn't believe thi when I fond out! But it is true! It seems Beyonce STILL isn't giving credit to songwriters or asking permission. The first major instance was end of last year when Ne-Yo said that he wrote Irreplaceable on his own and NOT with Bey.
...
Then we found out that she didn't write 'Listen' either, so therefore she was not eligible for a prestigious ACADEMY AWARD!
...
Now, it seems that folloing an ongoing lawsuit, Des'ree is claiming that Beyonce did not ask her for permission to cover her track 'I'm Kissing You' (now called by Bey 'Still In Love (Kissing You') featured on her 'Supernatural' album. The track does not appear on the CD/DVD re-release here in the UK, but it does appear in the US version.
...
So because of this any copies of the Deluxe Edition of B'Day in the US have been shelved as well as the Wal*mart Exclusiv DVD! Luckly for us here in the UK, we get the CD/DVD together and because 'Still In Love' is not on there then there are no chances of it being shelved!
...
Beyonce insists, that she covered the song first of all because she loved the song and didn't imagine putting it on her album, but once her record label heard the recording they couldn't not put it on there!
...
Just a personal thought, the track 'Resentment' is ORIGINALLY a Victoria Beckham song! OK, so maybe 'VB' didn't write the track (I'd be surprised if she did!) but I'm also sure that Beyonce didn't write the track for her, and the Credits in the album sleeve say that Beyonce did write the track, so maybe this can be another disaster for Beyonce!
...
I hope nothing else does go wrong for Bey and it all goes alright for her! I am probably her BIGGEST fan,, but sometimes you gotta look at peoples flaws and see how it can make a person better! Good Luck Bey! And I can't wait to see you in concert here in London, June 4!

Hey,
I was reading some the article, and I found some of the writings false. "Resentment" was not first made by Victoria Beckham, but by a singer named Jazmine Sullivan. Thelonius Monk wrote the original version of "Resentment" for Jazmine. Also Beyonce' did write a few parts of "Listen", but not a majority...Also she helped Ne-Yo with "Irreplaceble", he even said so....But he did write the chorus and the versus, but Bee wrote the bridge and helped w/ other parts of the song....
The reason Bee gets writing credits on Resentment is because she altered the lyrics a bit...
